Gary and Patti are amazing people. Gary's talent is beyond words. I brought in my Grandmother's diamond wedding band that was given to me, which was 70 years old. I needed a whole new ring for the diamonds since it was such a very old setting he could not find one. He re-created the setting and it looks just like the original. I am so grateful. He is so talented and very nice. He then took diamonds from a very old family bracelet and made my daughter a beautiful wedding band with our family diamonds. Something to treasure forever!! My son was given his grandmother’s engagement ring for his bride-to-be when he got engaged a few months ago. Last Saturday, on the day she was coming in from out of town for her bridal shower, I received a call from him in Florida (where they live) saying that the ring had somehow been damaged to the point that his fiancé could not wear it. The picture that followed showed why; bent out of round and missing one of the small diamonds that surrounded the main one. With only a couple of hours before the start of the party I was not hopeful that it could be fixed in time. But remembering that my wife took all her jewelry to Blaine’s, I’d give it shot. I explained the situation to Gary and he quickly assessed the damage. Two hours later, it looked good as new! The shower was amazing and all the stress of a broken ring was never known to anyone, except me, my future daughter-in-law, and Gary. Above and beyond the call of duty!! ‘Thank you’ does not seem to say enough!

But the best thing ever is when Gary reset my engagement ring with more diamonds and cleaned my husband's wedding band. It was the renewal of our wedding vows after 25 years. I had a custom cross made from Blaine and could not be happier! Having worked in a jewelry store myself, I know how important it is to deliver excellent customer service. Blaine listened to what it was I wanted in my cross...and what I didn't want. I had rings from my husband's grandmother and wanted to use the diamonds in it to make my cross. This piece was extremely important to me, not to mention very sentimental. Blaine gave me a price quote before he began the work and an estimate on the time it would take to complete. Gary has been our jeweler for over 20 years. We found him when we lived down the block in Brick, and don't use any one else after moving to Barnegat. He made my new wedding ring insert 20 years ago after I kept losing diamonds out of my wedding band. 5 days after I picked up my new insert, I picked up a broken thermometer and the mercury attached itself to the gold and ate away at my rings. Gary tried everything to save my engagement ring and my new insert, but the mercury won. Unbeknown to me, Dave had Gary make me a new setting for my engagement ring and a new insert. They tricked me by putting a cubic zirconia in my engagement ring setting that was in 3 pieces in case I ever looked at it, which I did almost daily because I was devastated. Gary has done everything for us from repairs to making jewelry special. Most recently, (Friday, 12/9/16) my husband surprised me with a beautiful ring for our 25th Anniversary. Of course he got it from Blaine's! We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I was referred to Gary, and his family, by a close mutual friend. I live in Virginia, and was set on finding my wife a Rolex (Stainless/Pink Face) for our 20 year anniversary. I am a public servant, and could not afford the prices I was finding on-line, and locally. When I first spoke to Gary, I only had a week left. I let him know what I was looking for, and in three days, had the most beautiful watch I've seen at my doorstep. The watch was exactly what I wanted for my wife, and to go a step further, it had diamonds on the dial. It was half of the price of what I had been looking at, and was just in shock at how well he and his family took care of me. From talking with Gary and our friend, he has alot of contacts in the city, and if he does not have it, he can apparently find it. I will never do business with anyone bit him. First class. I just recently started using Gary as my jeweler & I couldn't be happier. He is fantastic. He took my diamond from my engagement ring and made it into a gorgeous pendant. Went to Blaine's YESTERDAY to have my engagement ring resized. I was able to walk out with it on my finger TODAY. It had to be sized up 2.5 sizes. Gary is amazing!!! I have been going to Blaines for over 20 years and cannot say enough about the service and quality of craftsmanship that Gary provides. For our anniversary I purchased my wife a beautiful set of pearls and Gary suggested making matching earrings from the set. They were made to perfection and what a perfect gift. The best yet is recently I brought to him a very sentimental money clip that was in pieces. Most other jewelers would have laughed, not Gary.
